She has tour guiding and event training expertise through affiliations with CTGA of BC (Canadian Tour Guides Association), BBW International Olympic preparedness initiatives and MPI of BC (Meeting Planners International). Helena holds a BA in Political Science with emphasis on language, culture and socio-political trends, as well as a CACE, Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education. She's guided Creative Communication Course interns from Red River Community College (Winnipeg) and the Manitoba Writers' Guild (MWG) referred writers seeking entrepreneurial advice to her. After teaching ESL in Manitoba and Poland, she arrived in Vancouver to teach Business English Communications to young Asian professionals from Korea, Japan, China and Thailand.
